The Edit Paragraph Dialog

Use the Edit Paragraph dialog to edit a paragraph element.

When editing an element, note the editing considerations.

The dialog contains:

• The Name of the paragraph – you cannot use the following characters: \ / : * ? " < > |

• If you enter an invalid character, a yellow triangle is displayed next to the name; hover your cursor over the triangle to view a message that indicates the invalid character

• a Description of the paragraph
• The Trigger for this paragraph – click to display the Triggers dialog; from there, you can select an existing trigger or create a new trigger
• A Replace paragraph... option; if this option is selected, then you cannot edit the Name, Description or Comments
